Every person who comes to therapy carries their own history, their own pace, and their own reasons for being here — so there's no single approach that fits everyone. Below you'll find the different ways we can work together, from solution focused hypnotherapy to deeper, trauma-informed depth work drawing on Jungian and clinical psychology. Sessions take place online, and I work with English-speaking clients across the UK, Europe, and North America. Wherever you start, the approach stays the same: fully transparent, grounded in the truth of what's really going on, and worked through as a team. Your Journey With Us
1. Book a Free Call
We start with a short call, booked directly through Calendly. This is simply a chance to talk, ask questions, and see if we're a good fit to work together as a team. Ask anything — about therapy, about me, or about what's bringing you here.
2. Initial Consultation
Once we've agreed we're a good match, we book your first proper session — the initial consultation. Here, I'll talk you through how the brain works and what's happening beneath the surface of what you're experiencing. This gives us a shared foundation to build our teamwork on. This session may optionally include clinical hypnosis.
3 The sessions include
a Prefrontal Work
We begin by strengthening your access to your thinking brain — the prefrontal cortex. This helps you feel more grounded and in control before we go deeper.
b Talking Therapy
From here, we move into talking therapy, focused on how you want to live your life — and identifying what's blocking, stopping, or blindsiding you from getting there.
c Hypnosis (Optional)
Depending on what's right for you, we may bring in hypnosis alongside the talking work. I draw on several different modalities, and together we find what works for you specifically, building on it as your journey continues.
Throughout, this is teamwork: you are the expert in your own life, and I am the therapist. That partnership is what makes real growth possible.
